Tara Parekh, a native Alexandrian photographer and the creative force behind Tara Parekh Photography, is known for her vibrant and stunning images with a modern twist. She specializes in family portraits, maternity and newborn photos, and additionally photographs small weddings, elopements, engagements, environmental portraits, events and more.
Tara has a lifetime of photographic experience, and is formally trained with a Master of Arts degree in Digital Photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design. You can tell she loves photography just by looking at the images on her website.
One of her goals is to get to know the people of Alexandria through photography. Her authentic approach allows her to document small moments to milestone events. She strives to showcase personality and emotion in her images while creating a timeless look and feel.
