Guaranteed Rate hosted a grand opening celebration Thursday at its new offices in Alexandria.
Officials from Guaranteed Rate, a cutting-edge mortgage company, cut the ribbon Thursday evening in front of their offices in Old Town Alexandria.
Guaranteed Rate, at 211 North Union St., promises homeowners a streamlined, simplified mortgage process by using the latest technology.
Victor Ciardelli, along with a few other mortgage and real estate professionals, founded the company in 2000. "What started with 15 dedicated people working 18 hour days in a loft office in Chicago has grown into a leading national lender with a team of more than 3,000 dedicated mortgage professionals serving customers coast-to-coast," according to the company's website.
Other Northern Virginia offices include Tysons and Leesburg. There is also an office on M Street in Washington, DC.
