Tickets for the Del Ray Citizens Association House and Garden Tour are available now, with proceeds benefitting the Nancy Dunning Memorial Garden and the Del Ray Gateway Project.
Funds will go toward the redevelop the triangle park at the corner of Mt. Vernon and Commonwealth Avenues in Del Ray, which will include the memorial garden, a spray park and more. (Read more about the project here.)
The 2018 Del Ray House and Garden Tour is planned for 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 12.
"The 12 homes on this year’s tour range from rowhouse renovations to single family new construction and everything in between," according to DRCA. "This walkable tour offers participants the chance to see the wide variety of homes in the neighborhood: an old farmhouse renovated for a young family, an open concept home with a carefully cultivated and stunning art collection, and a 1917 catalog home with an original purchase price of $1,396.50."
Tickets are $25 if they are purchased by May 1 through the DRCA website here. Prices will increase to $30 after May 1. DRCA members may purchase reduced-price tickets at the May membership meeting.
