Craftmark Homes is building 41 new luxury townhomes near the intersection of North Kings Highway and Richmond Highway (Route 1).
The Towns at South Alex will be a 10-minute walk to the Huntington Metro Station.
The homes will be four-level townhomes with rooftop terraces, lofts and two-car garages. Each townhome will have four bedrooms, and three full and two half baths, a morning room and a rec room. High-end kitchens, home automation and security features are included. The townhomes will be 2,450 square feet or more.
The townhomes will be priced “from the mid $700,000s,” according to Craftmark Homes.
Future plans also call for retail shops, restaurants and a grocery store. (See site plan and map below.)
