Hollin Hills Civic Association

The Civic Association of Hollin Hills welcomes all to the largest mid-century modern home and garden tour on the East Coast.

Hollin Hills is an award-winning mid-century modern neighborhood in Alexandria. This 326-acre neighborhood south of Old Town was built from the late 1940s to the early 1970s by developer Robert Davenport and renowned architect Charles Goodman.

This self-guided walking tour will showcase stunning examples of mid-century modern architecture, landscaping and interior design throughout this unique neighborhood.

Recognized for its architectural and design vision, Hollin Hills was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013, and is a Virginia Landmark Historic District.

Tour attendees are welcome to stop by Hollin Meadows Elementary School (2310 Nordok Place) at 10 a.m. to pick up a tour map and information. However, tickets are available for purchase now through the event's website at www.hollinhillsmodern.com — tickets may sell out, so reserve yours early!

Tickets are $50 for regular and $80 for VIP.
