Savor the fall season October 25-27 at a Waterfront Beer Garden by Port City Brewing Company.
The event is part of Portside in Old Town programming at the new Waterfront Park at the foot of King Street.
Enjoy award-winning craft beer, entertainment including ghost stories and trivia, plus bites from Alexandria’s own Haute Dogs.
The Waterfront Beer Garden takes place Friday, Oct. 25 from 4 to 7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26 from noon to 7 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 27 from noon to 6 p.m.
Throughout the weekend, take part in Port City Trivia featuring Trivia Czar Sean Malone who will put your Halloween knowledge to the test. Get spooked with ghost stories from Alexandria Colonial Tours. Anyone who joins Alexandria Colonial Tours’ Ghost & Graveyard Tour and shows the “mark of the beast” from the beer garden will be eligible to receive a discount. Port City will offer a selection of their award-winning beers, including their Porter, Downright Pilsner, Optimal Wit and Integral IPA. Chill by the water with a hint of Halloween as Alexandria kicks off its Halloween festivities across the City. Costumes are encouraged.
