The fourth annual Tons of Trucks event is coming!
One of the largest truck events in the area, attendees (children and adults!) are invited to get behind the wheel of more than 20 vehicles from seven City of Alexandria departments.
Tons of trucks is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, July 14 at Chinquapin Park, 3210 King St.
Beyond fire trucks and ambulances, learn how a front-end loader, dump truck, bucket truck, vacuum truck, sewer truck and trash truck work!
Truck-themed activities are also included from the City’s Mobile Art Lab. Plus, stick around for book readings, giveaways, photo opportunities and food truck vendors. More information is available at alexandriava.gov/104984.
