Throughout June, Alexandria will be hosting a variety of special events in celebration of Pride Month! Participate in a dozen events and offers such as food and drink specials, hotel packages, and other exciting happenings.
Many of these events will benefit Nova Pride, AGLA, Safe Space NOVA, The Trevor Project and other LGBTQ+ organizations.

Meet people from the local LGBTQ+ community while viewing art during the ALX Pride 2019 Mix & Mingle at the Torpedo Factory on Thursday, June 6.
On June 8, Tasting Room in Alexandria is celebrating Pride with cinematic, comedic awesomeness at a Pride Movie Night.
June 10, new author Nicole Melleby will speak at Hooray for Books! about her new book, Hurricane Season. (Recommended for ages 10 and up.)
This month's Portside in Old Town Festival on June 22 will include a hands-on jewelry making activity for families from NOVA Pride and Safe Space NOVA.
Food and Drink Specials
Stop by Moho Kitchen + Cocktails (at Morrison House) for “Pride + Spirits” and taste delicious Pride themed drinks.
Other restaurants, including Mia’s Italian Kitchen, Vola’s Dockside Grill, The Majestic, Theismann's Restaurant, Palette 22 and Lena’s Wood-Fired Pizza + Tap will also be offering Pride cocktails during the month of June.
Be sure to try the “Baked This Way” Cupcake at Buzz Bakeshop and the Rainbow Baked Alaska at Brabo Brasserie, too.
