NOTICe, the North Old Town Independent Citizens Association, is sponsoring a development tour of the neighborhood. The seven-stop tour gives attendees the opportunity to speak directly with the developers and marketing organizations for these projects (read more about each by clicking on the name):

- TideLock, by Community Three and Whitaker Investments
- Venue, by the Carr Companies
