Construction fencing is up around 901 N. Pitt St., a former office building owned by the Carr Companies.
901 Pitt St., a former office building, will become a 234-unit apartment building (including affordable units) with garage parking underneath. In addition, the performing arts company CityDance will lease a large space in the building, along with 7,000 sq. ft. of additional retail.
Construction is expected to start this fall and the building should be completed in two years.
