On January 23, ACPS is hosting a job fair for those interested in being a substitute teacher or a tutor.
ACPS Job Fair for Substitute Teachers & Tutors
Wednesday, Jan. 23, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
George Washington Middle School, 1005 Mount Vernon Ave.
No appointment is needed to attend. If interested, please bring a resume if you meet the the requirements below.
Requirements for substitute teaching are:
- a minimum of 48 hours of college credit
- evidence of a negative tuberculin test (or chest x-ray)
- criminal background check
