Smallcakes was originally founded in Kansas City in 2008 by Jeff Martin and has appeared on "Cupcake Wars"  and "The View." Smallcakes NOVA is a locally women owned and operated franchise nestled in the heart of Del Ray. All of our cupcakes are made by hand in small batches each and every morning! We offer our standard “jumbo” size cupcakes, mini cupcakes and the standard cupcake size in by special order in more than 200 flavors to accommodate any event or celebration!
