Del Ray had a big Hallo-weekend, culminating on Sunday with the announcement of the best-decorated homes, people and dogs at the annual Halloween Parade.

For the Best Decorated Home, the people's choice award was given to 3001 Russell Road, a pirate-themed skeleton ship.
Judges awards went to:
- 1st: 414 E. Nelson Ave.
- 2nd: 3001 Russell Rd.
- 3rd: 104 W. Monroe Ave.
- Honorable Mention: 4 W Custis Ave.
- Honorable Mention: 950 Hickory St.
