The Blake, a new apartment building at the intersection of Beauregard Street and Seminary Road in Alexandria's West End, is open for residents.
The Blake is a 300-unit, Class A multifamily community and it is the first residential project by Monday Properties in the region. The curved building wraps around the southwest bank of the intersection.
