A new store called The Backyard Bird Feeder is opening in Alexandria this fall. The sign is up for the store in the Alexandria Commons Shopping Center at 3225 Duke Street.
The Backyard Bird Feeder sells bird seed, feeders and a variety of related supplies. The company also has stores in Bethesda, Maryland; and in Burke, Oakton and Woodbridge, Virginia.
Hours will be Monday - Saturday from 10 a..m - 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
