This shiny, new Airstream trailer will house the kitchen for a seasonal taco restaurant in Alexandria.
Alexandria Restaurant Partners is bringing a taco trailer to Alexandria.
Riverside Taco Co. will serve food and drinks from a sleek Airstream trailer along the Alexandria waterfront outside the Torpedo Factory in Old Town.
The restaurant plans to have 90 seats on the patio available for diners. Riverside Taco Co. will be open daily in the spring, summer and fall, closing during the cold, wet winter months.
Riverside Taco Co.’s menu will include an assortment of appetizers, bowls, tacos and sides, along with margaritas, beer and soda.
According to Alexandria Restaurant Partners, “ARP Corporate Operations Chef Santiago Lopez was born and raised in Bogota Colombia, and left his studies in engineering at UCF in Orlando to pursue his passion for cuisine. Chef Santiago and the ARP Executive Chef Team created the menu for Riverside Taco Company thanks to the talents and passion of this unique and varied group of individuals. Influenced by the varied cultures, cuisine influences and cooking experiences of ARP's Executive Chefs, Riverside Taco Company provides a unique, yet approachable menu.”
