This Thanksgiving will likely look a little different from most. If the stress of everything else going on in the world has you forgetting Thanksgiving necessities, here are grocery stores open on Thanksgiving for any last-minute buys.
Balducci’s at 600 Franklin St will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Fresh Market at 3680 King St will be open from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Giant with locations at 612 E Glebe, 3131 Duke St and 6200 Little River Turnpike will be open from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. Delivery will run all morning; pick-up will be available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Harris Teeter with locations in Old Town and at 4641 Duke St will be open from 6 a.m. till 2 p.m.
Safeway has four location in Alexandria and will be open until 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving. They are offering early morning delivery.
Shoppers at 7660 Richmond Hwy will be open on Thanksgiving from 6 a.m. to 5. p.m.
Wegmans in Hilltop Village Center will close at 4 p.m.
Whole Food Market in Old Town will be open from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
