Bad Axe Throwing will open up a new recreational axe-throwing destination serving food and alcohol at 617 S Pickett St., Unit F, in Alexandria.
The new facility is an old garage that has been transformed into an axe-throwing bar. The location was formerly home to Tune and Lube.

Alexandria residents can look forward to experiencing the thrill of axe-throwing free during the opening weekend Friday, Oct. 20 and Saturday, Oct. 21.
As a fully licensed establishment, Bad Axe Throwing offers a diverse range of craft and domestic beers and wines. Their diverse menu includes a selection of food options, from classic hotdogs to savory nachos and pizza
Bad Axe Throwing will host competitive leagues, birthday parties, exciting bachelor/bachelorette gatherings, and facilitating corporate and team-building events.

The Canadian company launched in 2014 and now has many locations across the United States.
