If you've always meant to try a new restaurant but never get around to it, Winter Restaurant Week is a good opportunity. The annual event is scheduled for Jan. 17 - 26, 2020.
Over those 10 days (which includes two weekends), 75 Alexandria restaurant will offer a $35 three-course dinner for one OR a $35 dinner for two.
New this year: Transform Restaurant Week into a delicious Restaurant Weekend with special rates at luxurious hotels just steps from restaurants and attractions. Book Visit Alexandria’s Restaurant Week Hotel Package at one of three hotels, with rates starting as low as $119 per night. For longer stays, take advantage of the 3rd Night Free Hotel Package when you plan a three-night stay that includes a Sunday.
A total of 75 restaurants are participating, including newcomers Augie's Mussel House & Beer Garden, Mai Thai, Rus Uz – Alexandria, Spice Kraft and The Study at Morrison House.
Thirty-five restaurants will also offer lunch menus at $15 or $22 per person in addition to dinner specials.
Brunch lovers can enjoy brunch menus for $15 or $22 per person at more than a dozen restaurants.
Alexandria Winter Restaurant Week showcases the inventiveness of local chefs in neighborhoods throughout the city, including Old Town, Del Ray, Carlyle and Eisenhower, and the West End. At a range of locales, from neighborhood favorites to restaurants specializing in international cuisine, guests will savor the flavors of Alexandria's distinctive collection of eateries.
