Tons of Trucks

The City of Alexandria is inviting big truck enthusiasts of all ages to climb and explore at Tons of Trucks on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Chinquapin Park.

Tickets are $5 per person to attend and can be purchased in advance here through Friday evening or on-site Saturday.

Trucks will include buses, fire department equipment, vehicles from Transportation & Environmental Services and much more. 

Truck-themed activities include an art project with the City's Mobile Art Lab, photo opportunities, giveaways and food truck vendors.

Door prizes are available to participants who use a Capital Bike or DASH Bus to get to the event. Visit alexandriava.gov/GOAlex for more information on alternative transit options.
