"Black Terrier Clown" animal bank, cone6 stoneware
The lure of handmade objects from serving dishes to sculpture is the feature of Scope Gallery’s February show “Temptations”.
Temptations are running rampant this month at Scope Gallery. There is a delicate plate with a crystalline glaze by Lorraine Colson or a tray with brush-painted Siamese cats by Tracie Griffith Tso to serve your Valentine delicacies. Stoneware tea cups by Klaudia Levin would make a perfect accompaniment. Tempted to spend all your holiday cash? Black Terrier Clown, a fanciful bank, by Pam Eisenmann will have you saving your quarters. There are many more enticing handmade ceramic forms at the gallery to help you or your valentine enjoy the month.
The “Temptations” Kiln Club show at Scope Gallery runs February 3 - March 1, 2020. Hours are Monday through Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm. Thursday, February 13 is a late-night closing of 9 pm.
