Ascend Cycle is sweating for love during the entire week of Valentine's Day! 

The studio will host a special Valentine's Day Ascend Underground class featuring partner exercises, as well as theme rides all week starring famous love songs and notorious break-up anthems. 

Ascend is known for getting in the holiday spirit, having hosted spooky theme rides and pumpkin workouts around Halloween, as well as a Turkey Tabata class on Thanksgiving and Christmas music theme rides. They also host a happy hour class every Friday. 

As a community-oriented studio, Valentine's Day themes are especially appropriate for the clientele, which includes numerous couples who workout together. The studio even boasts an in-class proposal of clients Brittany and Brooke Kirtner, matchmaking between lead instructor MB Schepp and boyfriend/client Hugh Nicholson, and even a married couple on staff - Ascend Underground coach and Ascend Cycle instructor Alex and Kirsten Barbato.

All Valentine's themed classes can be booked through the regular schedule.

Tuesday, February 12th:

• Love and War with Kristen B. at 7:30 pm 

Wednesday, February 13th: 

• Love and Heartbreak with Jaime D. at 5:45 am 
• Love is a Battlefield with Allie W. at 5:30 pm
• Let's Talk about Slow Jams... with Ashley P. at 6:30 pm 

Thursday, February 14th (Valentine's Day):

• Naughty Sexy Lovin' with Cole K. at 5:30 pm 
• TSwift with her Exes with Caitlin W. at 6:30 pm 

Friday, February 15th: 

• Happy Hour Class: Ascend Underground Partner Workout with a complimentary drink after class
