Roses Dancers Alliance will be performing as part of the Groveton Multi-Culture Night in Alexandria.

Join us for a celebration of music, dance, and food from around the world! An event celebrating some of the best music, dance, and food, program starts at 5:30pm, we are scheduled to dance at 7pm.

The Roses Dancers Alliance is an exotic medley of beautiful dancers and dancing. We are a group of dancers who love story telling thru dance. Each individual present their unique culture fusion dance.

Roses of the Orient

Roses of the Orient is an Asian Fusion Dance group. Gloriana and Jazmin will be presenting the Fire in You piece that celebrate the vibrant spirit in all women. Their dance style is influenced by the Chinese classical and Folkloric Egyptian dance.

Dancers Alliance:

Jazmin has studied with various Belly Dance masters in the DMV for the past years. She was part of "Journey along the Silk road" 2016 cast in Milan Italy. She was in "Ocean Stories" 2018 show to promote awareness of plastics impact to our oceans that was performed in Bali Indonesia. Her additional stage experiences included being part of the various Gala headliners in DC, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. Also she organized an International dance showcase to celebrate diversity for the Pentagon City Mall. She is the creator of an Asian Fusion dance group, Roses of the Orient. Her style is the blending of the east and west with contemporary culture presentation. She also is currently teaching Belly Dance in Result Fitness in Alexandria, VA.

Berna is a award winning local instructor, choreographer and performer appearing weekly at restaurants and private events in the DC, MD, and Northern VA area. A current staff instructor at Born2Dance in Vienna, VA, She has been shimmying and teaching for over a decade. Berna is well versed in dances of the Middle East, North Africa, the Silk Road and - her favorite - Turkey. Heather is a dancer and choreographer that relocated to DC from the Midwest where she taught and performed under the name of Salome. Heather and her dance partner Martha performed across the United States at festivals and events as a duet and with their various professional and student troups. They specialized in Improve Tribal Style Bellydance with a strong Spanish influence. Heather fuses all of this with her background in ballet and cabaret that creates a unique style of her own.

Gloriana has dancing for several years and after studying under Faten her passion is Egyptian Folkloric. She also performs Persian dance and is a member of several dance troupes.
