This Saturday, October 15, ‘Mystery in the Museum’ at Gadsby’s Tavern Museum, will feature ghost story tellers and an array of area celebrities, including WETA Classical! announcer Nicole Lacroix and radio and television personality Derek McGinty.
A limited number of tickets for the fundraiser are still available at the Gadsby’s Tavern Museum Society website at www.gadsbystavernmuseum.us/events/mystery_night.
Nikisha Kozik and Jimmy Meritt, ghost story tellers for Alexandria Colonial Tours, will be featured in the program, along with Ralph Peluso, literary critic for The Zebra Press, who will be doing a live feed of his popular book review program “Reading, Writing, and Ralph!”
The interactive ‘Who Done It’ will include a list of celebrity suspects, including voice actress Sharon Wilkinson, media producer Jim Cuddy, and theatrical personality Ciera Shine, along with Lacroix and McGinty.
‘Mystery in the Museum’ derives from “Gadsby’s Corner,” the latest Old Town mystery by local author John Adam Wasowicz.
Attendees will receive a free copy of the book or one of the other stories in the five-book collection. “Gadsby’s Corner” is available for sale at MADE IN ALX at 533 Montgomery St., Ramsey House on King Street, and The Old Town Shop on Union Street.
