Ann Sklar is a landscape painter who gains her inspiration from the ever-changing landscapes of Maine, Florida and her travels. Her modern landscapes, which feature abstract horizons, are meant to evoke a mood of contemplation of quiet time and place. Ann creates a feeling of limitlessness and mystery, and a sense that the horizon is infinite. Nepenthe Gallery is pleased to present an exhibit of Ann Sklar's paintings which will premiere at Nepenthe's ART+WINE+CHEESE event. Nepenthe Gallery will treat one lucky guest to one of Ann's gems!
