Meditation Mornings

Join us for our new Mindfulness Meditation Morning sessions every Tuesday morning from 6:30 am - 7:00 am starting June 1st.

Energize your mind and body, set intentions for the day and find peace with morning meditations, led by wellness associate Kristine Eelkema. Sessions will take place outdoors in the “Wellness Junction Lot” located at 1900 Mt. Vernon Avenue (corner of East Bellefonte and Mt. Vernon).

Each session is $15 or purchase a package of 5 sessions for $50.
