Teaching Artist: Tabata Vara

This improv class will focus on exploring impulsive movement and trusting yourself to fully allow your body and mind to let go. Tabata will guide the movers using prompts and imagery to induce an activation of the body’s sensations. This will stimulate the mover’s imagination creating an awakening experience.
