Experience Synergy in Song: The Alexandria Singers Hosts Free Vocal Workshop in Alexandria, VA

Discover the joy of singing and unlock your vocal potential at “Sing for Your Life!” a FREE vocal workshop presented by The Alexandria Singers, a renowned choral arts nonprofit. This exciting event will take place on Saturday, August 26th, at Fairlington United Methodist in Alexandria, VA, offering a unique opportunity for participants to hone their vocal skills under the guidance of accomplished professionals.

This workshop promises an enriching experience for both beginners and seasoned vocalists. Led by Bill Colosimo, Music Director, participants will delve into the art of singing through group and individual lessons. Current performing members of The Alexandria Singers will be present to serve as mentors within the SATB ensemble, providing invaluable insights and guidance to enhance the learning experience.

Throughout the 3-hour workshop, esteemed music educators will also offer personalized vocal coaching, helping participants refine their techniques and uncover their true potential. The event concludes with an inspiring performance, where participants can showcase the skills that they've acquired to their family and friends, making the day a truly memorable one.

Participants: SATB voice parts, teens and adults ages 12+

[Student participants ages 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult, who need not participate in the singing.]
