Free First Warm Flow Yoga Class

Your Life Energy Holistic Center at 311 N. Washington Street is offering a free warm flow yoga class on Wednesdays. The second class is only $10 and $20 after. 

Boost your mid-week energy and enjoy the benefits of 60 minutes of Warm Vinyasa Flow Yoga. 

This class offers a middle-ground between hot yoga and a non-heated flow class with the temperature set to a comfortably warm 75-85 degrees. You can expect an inventive and vigorous flow of postures guided by a deep and steady breath, along with the added ingredient of glistening, purifying sweat.

This is the perfect class for those looking for a break from the cold outside — or just an enhanced sweat. Finishing with gentle stretching, relaxing the body and mind.
