These and other things will be discussed by Skyler Perkins and Johab Silva. Perkins is the Projects Manager at Arlington-based think-tank Center for the Advancement of the Steady State Economy. His work focuses on the societal transition beyond economic growth for reasons of environmental protection, economic sustainability, and international stability. Skyler got his MS and BS from the University of Vermont where he was a fellow at the Gund Institute for Ecological Economics.
