Beguiling Brahms And Schumann (Valentine's Concert) - National Chamber Ensemble

National Chamber Ensemble's February Valentine's Concert presents violinist/artistic director Leo Sushansky and pianist Carlos Cesar Rodriguez joining forces for a program featuring two of the great sonatas by Johannes Brahms - exciting, moving, superb and deeply passionate works. These will be paired with Robert Schumann's riveting and virtuosic Sonata in A Minor. Schumann, also great composer, was a personal friend, mentor and inspiration to Brahms, and his music will provide the perfect addition to the exquisite program featuring romantic music for violin and piano. A Valentine's program is never complete without some exciting encores and surprises. A perfect program to bring a loved one or your love for the great romantics. The charming Arlington County Board Chair Katie Cristol joins NCE as guest host.

Your individual ticket allows you to attend our live concerts in person and/or watch an exclusive concert video later in the comfort of your home. You will receive a link to watch the exclusively produced concert video approximately 1 week after the live performance.

SAFETY GUIDLINES

To maximize the safety and comfort of our wonderful arts patrons, the National Chamber Ensemble will implement the CDC recommended guidelines for those attending our concerts in person. These currently include the following:

The NCE will limit in-person attendance to less than 50% of the theater capacity to allow patrons to spread out and feel comfortable.

Patrons must be fully vaccinated.

Patrons must wear face masks at all times.
