This month the Yellow Door Concert Series is in partnership with Redeemed Church of Christ and St Stephens and St Agnes School’s Community Engagement Office to sponsor a Back-to-School Supply Drive.

The drive seeks to support Alexandria school age students in need. The drive officially begins on Tuesday August 1st and concludes on Friday August 18th with a community Jazz Concert at Redeemed Church of Christ at 7pm. We will distribute school supplies Saturday August 19 at Redeemed’s Annual Community Family Fun Festival.

In addition to our community students at large, we will directly support school age students involved in various “Mother of Light” and “Alive” programs.

Our ask is really simple, just some school supplies to help fill the backpacks, or a monetary contribution to help purchase small amount school supply gift cards. Yellow Door Concert Series would be delighted to setup a time to stop by and pick up any donations prior to our distribution date, Saturday August 19th.
