The Art Loft is excited to announce that it will be offering series cultural workshops! Our mission is to bring beautiful international contemporary artworks to the DMV area and to use our unique space to host cultural events for the community!

Our very first workshop will be "The Art of of Acting : Theatre Tools for Everyday Life" by Pablo Andrade. In this 2-day workshop, New York-based, Award-Winning Actor, Director and Producer, Pablo Andrade will be teaching us useful acting techniques that can be applicable to our professional and personal lives.

About the Artist:

Pablo Andrade is the Artistic/Executive Director of the Hispanic Organization of Latin Actors, Artistic Director of Corezon theater company, Founder of La Guía Cultural, and faculty member of NYU Tisch. He has been working as a professional theater artist for about 20 years, collaborating with companies such as Repertorio Español, GALA Hispanic Theater and HB Ensemble Theater, among others.

Some of his awards include ATI Awards for Best Director Monologue (2020) and Breakthrough Director (2018), HOLA Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Directing (2017) and Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor (2014), Fuerza Award for Best Director (2017) and Latin ACE Award for Best Actor Drama (2015).

The workshop will take place on Friday, March 29, from 6-8 pm., and Saturday, March 30, from 4-6 pm. Though we recommend both workshop days of different content, we are also offering a one-day option for $75 per person. Please email us directly for a one-day ticket: info@ncocreative.com. Thank you!
