Join the Alexandria Black History Museum for a screening of filmmakers Hannah Ayers and Lance Warren's award-winning documentary that examines lynching in the American South.
A discussion led by Ms. Ayers and Mr. Warren will directly follow the screening.
Also, learn about Alexandria’s Lynching history and the plan to receive a commemorative pillar from the Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) highlighting the lynching death of two Alexandria men in the 1890s.
