ALX Virtual Town Hall

Come together in the first of a series of town hall discussions to promote sharing and understanding about how systemic racism impacts Alexandria. Together we will share perspectives, create urgency, suggest solutions and demand accountability. We hope to have an essential dialogue for the empowerment of our community and articulate a call to action.
Tuesday’s town hall will feature a range of speakers including Councilmember John Chapman and School Superintendent Gregory C. Hutchings Jr, Chief of Police Michael Brown and the City’s Race and Social Equity Officer, Jaqueline Tucker. There will also be opportunities for small group conversations and for participants to weigh in on the topics for future town halls.
Join us to honor George Floyd and share your voice in a virtual town hall. Join the town hall on Zoom or call in at (312) 62-66799, meeting ID: 95162556812.
