“The Quanders” book talk with Rohulamin Quander

As part of Lee-Fendall House Museum's June exhibit “Lives Worth Celebrating: Stories of Resilience, Rebellion and Freedom”, join them for an evening with Rohulamin Quander, founder of the Quander Historical and Educational Society, as he discusses his book The Quanders – Since 1684: An Enduring African America Family Legacy, which introduces stories that constitute the Quander Family legacy as one of the oldest consistently documented African American families in the United States.
Tickets are $8 per person and advance registration is required due to limited seating. It is free for Lee-Fendall House Museum members but pre-registration is required by emailing contact@leefendallhouse.org or calling (703)548-1789.
Books will be available for purchase and signing.
