The Loop
Chris Campagna was supposed to open a new, unique, health-oriented co-working space back in April. Then, the coronavirus pandemic got in the way.
The Loop at 215 (located at 215 N. Payne St. in Old Town) is finally open now.
The mission is to help companies and individuals "work better, be better, and do better." The co-working space has a mixture of serviced private offices and open flex workspaces.
Workers who utilize The Loop at 215 to be more productive than working from home "have their choice of flexible options with private offices and suites, open work areas, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, shared lounges and kitchen, even an outdoor courtyard with private work cabanas – literally, a breath of fresh air," according to a release.
The Loop @ 215 property has been developed by Braddock Commercial Real Estate and built by Pizzano Construction.
Wellness amenities include indoor and outdoor functional fitness gyms, sauna and cold-plunge bath, and on-site fitness coaches. The Loop will also partner with a local food operator who provides specialty coffee & espresso, fresh juice, and nutritious food options.
The space will be powered by 25N Coworking: an established co-working space brand that designs, operates, and consults on co-working spaces and flex office projects nationwide.
