Tickets for the popular Santa Train, an annual holiday event in Alexandria, are on sale at Whistle Stop Hobbies, 1719 Centre Plaza off of Quaker Lane.
Now in its 15th year, all trains depart at 1 p.m. from King Street Station in Old Town Alexandria. The train then heads to Old Town Manassas, returning by 3:30 p.m. A maximum of 200 tickets are sold for each train.

The train ride includes visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, who will greet children on the train with a special holiday treat. Guests will leave the train in Old Town Manassas for 30 minutes for a story time courtesy of Hooray for Books while enjoying hot chocolate and Christmas cookies. They'll then return to the train and head back to Old Town Alexandria.
Tickets are $29.99 per person and must be purchased in person.
