Port City Brewery will be celebrating Alexandria’s new waterfront park at the foot of King Street with a Waterfront Beer Garden on weekends in October.
The beer garden is part of the Portside in Old Town series of events.
Live music, DJs, American Beer History Trivia and more are on tap, plus food from Pizzeria Paradiso, Chadwick’s and Mia’s Italian Kitchen will be available.
Dates and times will be:
- Friday, Oct. 12 from 5 – 8 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 13 from 2 – 7 p.m.
- Sunday, Oct. 14 from noon – 4 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 19 from 5 – 8 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 20 from 2 – 7 p.m.
- Friday, Oct. 26 from 5 – 8 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 27 from 2 – 7 p.m.

The first weekend of the beer garden is part of a larger festival opening the new waterfront park in Old Town. The festival lineup that weekend will also include a pop-up exotic car exhibit, free kid’s activities, a free outdoor fitness class, arts, history and more.
