Old Town Cocktail Week starts Thursday, Sept. 26 with a special event.
The annual Cocktail Week celebrates and highlights the increasingly creative cocktail scene in Alexandria.
The week kicks off at Art on the Rocks on Thursday, Sept. 26 at the Heron Hotel, where guests can sample up to ten unique cocktail and appetizer pairings and vote for their favorite pairing while enjoying imaginative artwork, live music and more. Tickets are available via Eventbrite.
Art on the Rocks will include creations from Captain Gregory’s, Chadwicks, Bastille Brasserie, AKA Hotel, Pork Barrel BBQ, Vermilion, Josephine, Majestic, Hotel Heron’s Kiln, Whiskey & Oyster, People’s Drug, and Chop Shop Taco.
The fun will continue through Oct. 6 with more than 40 restaurants participating, offering unique takes on classic cocktails and new inventions. Events will include cocktail classes, dinner experiences, tastings and more. See the full list of events at www.oldtownbusiness.org/old-town-cocktail.
