Voltaggio Brothers Steak House will welcome Ryan Zimmerman for its next iteration of the “House Guest” series Thursday, Aug. 28. “House Guest” invites beloved chefs and friends into Michael and Bryan Voltaggio’s restaurant at MGM National Harbor for one-night-only culinary events.
During his 17-year career in baseball, Zimmerman was twice selected as an MLB All-Star, won one Gold Glove and two Silver Slugger awards, and was a World Series champion with the 2019 Nationals.
Together, the Voltaggio Brothers and Zimmerman will collaborate on an unforgettable evening for baseball fans and foodies featuring a decadent four-course menu, meet and greets and more.
The restaurant is located just across the river from Alexandria; visitors can take a water taxi or drive over via the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.
“We’re so excited to partner with Ryan on this one-of-a-kind evening for our guests at Voltaggio Brothers Steak House,” said Chef Bryan Voltaggio. “Ryan is a pillar of the community, from his time on the diamond to all of his charity work, so it will be a treat to put on such a special evening for fans at the restaurant.”
The four-course dinner menu is $150 per person plus gratuity and tax (+$45/per person for optional wine pairing). Guests will be able to mingle with Zimmerman and the chefs and hear their inspiration behind each dish. As an added keepsake, each guest will receive an autographed item from Zimmerman.(Please note that no other items will be signed.)

- Tuna and Tomato Crudo – hibiscus agua chile, radishes, toasted shallots, sourdough waffle, fennel pollen butter
- King Crab Cannelloni – charred scallion pancake, blue crab chicken wing jus, yuzu kosho
