Get ready to dance the night away on Saturday, Sept. 6 at Pork Barrel BBQ in Alexandria's Del Ray neighborhood.
The fun begins at 6 p.m. and continues until 10 p.m. with DJ Bob spinning tunes for the dance floor.
Pork Barrel BBQ will transform into a school dance hall for one night only, for a high-energy party where every step on the dance floor helps Alexandria’s children.
Neighbors are invited to pack the room, dance the night away and enjoy Tito’s cocktail specials with live music from DJ Bob.
Most importantly, 10% of all sales that night will be donated to the Fund for Alexandria’s Child, which enhances the quality of life of children in foster care and children at risk of abuse and neglect by promoting community awareness, involvement, and resource development.
“We want this place overflowing with energy,” said organizers. “Every person who shows up isn’t just having fun, they’re standing up for kids in our city who need it most.”
