Forbes Travel Guide announced its 2022 Star Awards Tuesday. The list includes the iconic Williamsburg Inn, which maintained its five-star rating and Forbes Travel Guide "Recommended" status.
The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg received a four-star accolade. This is the fifth consecutive year the Williamsburg Inn has been recognized. The Williamsburg Inn is the only Historic Triangle property to receive the prestigious five-star rating.

In Virginia, those include the Salamander Spa in Middleburg, which was awarded five stars; the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond was awarded five stars. Primland, Auberge Resorts Collection, was awarded four stars and Inn at Willow Grove was also awarded four stars. Vintage Restaurant in Charlottesville was awarded four stars.
