Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS)
Tuesday, Nov. 11: ACPS Offices and Schools closed.
Alexandria Transit Company (DASH)
Tuesday, Nov. 11: DASH bus service will operate on a regular schedule. The King Street Trolley runs daily, every 15 minutes, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Please note that DASH Administrative Offices will be closed in observance of the holiday.
Animal Welfare League of Alexandria (AWLA)
Tuesday, Nov. 11: Open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Courts
Tuesday, Nov. 11: The General District Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court, Court Service Unit, Circuit Court, and the Clerk of Circuit Court will be closed.
Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
Tuesday, Nov. 11: DMV offices are closed. Over 50 services are available 24/7 online at t dmv.virginia.gov.

Health Facilities
Tuesday, Nov. 11: Alexandria Health Department, Flora Krause Casey Health Center, and the Teen Wellness Center will be closed.
Historic Alexandria
Tuesday, Nov. 11: All Historic Alexandria museums will be closed.
Impound Lot
Tuesday, Nov. 11: Closed
The City’s impound lot is closed on all weekends and observed City holidays. Fees will continue to accrue on Saturday and Sunday, but not on holidays.
Libraries
Tuesday, Nov. 11: All Alexandria Libraries will be closed.
Parking
Tuesday, Nov. 11: The Alexandria Police Department will suspend enforcement of parking restrictions at metered spaces and residential permit parking districts. This suspension of enforcement applies only to the restrictions at legal parking spaces and does not permit parking in any normally prohibited location. Temporary no-parking signs will be enforced.
Recreation and Nature Centers
Tuesday, Nov. 11: Chinquapin Park Recreation Center & Aquatics Facility, Charles Houston Recreation Center, and Patrick Henry Recreation Center will be open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All other City of Alexandria recreation facilities and nature centers will be closed.
Resource Recovery
Residential refuse, recycling, curbside food waste, and yard waste will not be collected on Tuesday, Nov. 11, and will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week. The Household Hazardous Waste & Electronics Recycling Center will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Torpedo Factory Art Center
