The Goddard School prides itself on being more than just a childcare provider. It is also a school that uses a play-based learning curriculum based on decades of research. The preschool franchise, which started in Pennsylvania in 1988, now has an Alexandria location at 1703 N. Beauregard St.
The school is now enrolling all age groups from infants to preschool. Interested parents can follow this link to schedule a tour. New, modern classrooms facilitate small class sizes to ensure that students get personalized attention. Construction on the playground will be complete by March 31.
The Goddard School is an approved provider of Child Care Aware military assistance and an approved subsidy provider in Virginia. The school also offer a 10 percent discount for military families.
All current COVID-19 protocols are being followed at the school including temperature checks, masks, hand washing and no in-person tours during school hours. School hours are 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. and the school offers a variety of options including half-day, full-day and part-time.
