Keller Williams Metro Center is giving area residents an opportunity to rappel down the side of a local hotel.
The event is part of KW Metro Center's RED Day of International Service. The real estate company is supporting New Hope Housing and its mission to end the cycle of homelessness with the 2022 Over the Edge event.
Registration for the event is open at www.otenewhope.com, and the first 70 people who raise at least $1,000 for New Hope Housing through the Over the Edge platform will be invited to rappel down 14 stories of the Hilton Crystal City.
The Hilton Crystal City has close to 400 guest rooms and is a popular venue for meetings and events. It is located just west of Reagan National Airport.
The rappel date, weather permitting, is May 6.
