The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved Novus Kings Crossing, a 350-acre multifamily development, for the intersection of Fairview Drive and Richmond Highway more than a year ago. Now, the property is going through another ownership change.
Fairfield Residential is in the process of purchasing the properties from Cafritz Interests. Fairfield Residential does plan to build on the property, but designers are still at work. Permitting and construction won't start until late this year at the soonest.
