In Tuesday's Special Election, 51.36% of Virginia voted "yes" on the redistricting question and 48.64% voted "no" with 133 localities reporting, according to the Virginia elections site.

Alexandria voted 78.89% or 40,310 "Yes"  and 21.11% or 10,787 "No" on the question.
