The Chamber ALX proudly presents Leadership Alexandria—a transformative, nine-month civic leadership program designed to inspire, educate, and connect both emerging and established leaders in our community.

Through a curated blend of exclusive access, professional development, and peer connection, Leadership Alexandria is your gateway to leadership with purpose.

Go behind the scenes of Alexandria’s most influential institutions. Engage in candid conversations with elected officials, business leaders, nonprofit executives, public safety experts, and cultural innovators. Understand how the city works—and how you can help shape its future.

Leadership Alexandria uses the acclaimed Work of Leaders framework, grounded in seven years of research, to develop leadership through the lens of Vision, Alignment, and Execution. Connections to last a lifetime
Due to the small (by design) class size, participants build strong and lasting bonds with their classmates.
The class will meet once a month on a Friday for a full day of programming from September 2026-May 2027.
