The Chamber ALX honored 40 Alexandria residents age 40 and younger for making significant contributions to the community.
“Each honoree was selected for their professional accomplishments, scholastic achievement, community impact, and personal story,” according to the Chamber. “The 40 Under 40 program was established in 2016 to recognize those age, 40 and under, engaged in a variety of fields including business, technology, nonprofit management, civic life, public service, education, and the arts, who are shaping Alexandria for the future.”
In addition to the traditional 40 Under 40 honorees, The Chamber ALX gave out 1 Youth Honoree Award to Zahra Rahimi, a 2024 Graduate of Alexandria City High School.
